As is often the case unfortunately kitchens are the last thing to be renovated after club renovations, one of Australia’s busiest surf clubs the Surf Club Mooloolaba is opened its new state-of-the-art kitchen.
After inspecting the kitchens John Dickson was photograph with the Club’s executive chef Nick Lockyer, and HR Manager Tarrah Travers-Smith, along with continuing catering growth and the new kitchen also required additional staff, the club turned to DWS to recruit a new Head Chef, after a successful campaign a new chef will be starting in next few weeks.
