The expiry of the late night trading moratorium was a milestone event for clubs and pubs. Contrary to some expectations, OLGR wasn’t inundated with unreasonable numbers of applications for 5am extensions. Instead, less than 100 applications have been received. DWS can assist you with your application for late night trading by completing all documentation and representing your interests with the Regulator.
