A great chance to work in the heart of Queensland’s winery region as the Secretary Manager at Stanthorpe RSL. As the dominant social hub of the local town and its surrounds, the Club is committed to playing an active role in the community. After 11 years the Secretary Manager is retiring and looking to hand over the reins, staying on long enough to provide a smooth transition.
This role will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Club operations (food, beverage, gaming, functions and membership) to ensure on-going successful and profitable hospitality operations. Key to the success of this role is your ability to motivate and lead a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and a quality product at all times. You will also be progressive in your thinking and pursue new technologies and innovations, so the operations remain highly relevant to the changing demands of the business and consumers.
