To think that it’s been 17 years since CTA Training Specialist’s Hostplus Leadership Institute (HLI) (formerly known as the Fosters Leadership Academy (FLA) and the Club Super Leadership Institute) officially opened its doors! We are honored to be sponsoring the program yet again for another year running.
In our 28 years of hospitality expertise, DWS Hospitality’s consultants have been proud to work alongside multiple HLI graduates in roles such as CEO, General Manager, and Operations Manager. We have been continuously impressed by their outstanding leadership skills and exceptional professionalism. This year’s 2021/22 program is inviting 10 select individuals to embark on a journey of personal growth and development, providing vast networking opportunities in the exciting club industry. On top of these lifelong connections, they will gain a nationally accredited qualification to demonstrate their successful completion of the program.
Over these years, the Hostplus Leadership Institute (HLI) has seen over 100 Students graduate and go on to to hold prominent leadership and management positions! To inspire those who are planning on applying for this years intake we thought it would be a great time to honour those who have passed through the Institute and have made great contributions in the hospitality industry.
HLI is open for current Senior Duty Managers, Operations Managers and Department Heads who have displayed leadership qualities.
