Club Training Australia (CTA) is the leading Registered Training Organisation (RTO) in the Queensland club and hospitality industry for over 20 years and maintains the highest possible standard of Government and industry accreditation and registration. The company delivers training programs that cover all aspects of the hospitality industry.

With the increased success of its online training platform, CTA is seeking a recent marketing graduate with developed administration skills to assist the Online Training Department in running its e-learning operations as well as providing assistance with day to day marketing support to help grow the business.

This is an excellent role for a recent Marketing graduate seeking to develop their experience or for administration professionals wishing to diversify their skills in an entry level marketing role. Reporting directly to the Marketing and Online Department Manager, the successful candidate will be a key representative in the Online Training Department and be responsible for assisting students with training and technical support enquiries as well as promoting online training products.

Selection Criteria:

  • Previous experience in an administration or customer service role
  • Be a motivated, self-starter who enjoys engaging with people from all backgrounds
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced computer literacy skills (must be familiar with Microsoft Office and web browsing applications)
  • Have excellent time management and organisational skills

Desirable Skills:

  • Call centre or telemarketing experience
  • A Marketing or Business related degree or qualification
  • Ability to use Adobe Photoshop or Indesign
