Hervey Bay RSL already has several multi-million-dollar projects underway: a mini golf course and children’s playhouse, a $5 million redevelopment of their golf clubhouse, and redevelopment plans for the main RSL clubhouse. However, the Club’s Board understands you never “arrive”, and success is about continuing to monitor the members growth and demographics to provide amenities and services to profit the RSL ethos and service the greater community.
Therefore, Hervey Bay RSL recently conducted a review and update of its 10-year strategic plan as it’s one of only a handful of large, diversified Clubs with business interests and total assets approaching $100 million.
