With a multi-million-dollar renovation and improvements shortly to be completed at Burleigh Bears Leagues Club, which includes new restaurants and catering facilities, a People and Culture Manager is required for this successful group.  If you are keen to help drive a fun and friendly team culture which promotes a strong work ethic and excellent customer service, this is the role you’ve been looking for.

It is the People and Culture Manager who sets the tone for the team, ensuring culture remains a priority and the team are reaching and exceeding their potential.  Managing 100 people across both newly renovated venues, you will create an employer of choice where staff efforts are recognised and rewarded for their contribution and efforts.
