Safety and First Aid in the Workplace

Share Post:

October is National Safe Work Month so it’s a perfect time to review your policies and procedures to ensure that you as an employer and your employees commit to building a safe and healthy workplace.
The theme for this year is ‘a moment is all it takes’ so why not commit to taking a safety moment every day in your workplace. This could be as simple as spending five minutes every morning talking with your team about the hazards and risks in your workplace, and how to prevent harm.
With the weather starting to warm up, it’s equally important to review your First Aid procedures and ensure that your team’s CPR and first aid certificates are also up-to-date.  Club Training Australia can conduct private group bookings in your venue or you can book your staff into one of their public courses.  You can check out their first aid courses HERE.
