Community Clubs Show Confidence in the Future with Major Renovations

Four of Queensland’s leading and largest Clubs are taking the financial downturn and Queen’s Wharf Casino competition head on with a massive capital investment of over $40M.

Carina Leagues Club will shortly commence major renovations which will include a new function centre, gaming lounge, as well as a makeover in other areas of the Club. This project is expected to take over twelve months to complete.

In the coming months, Club Helensvale will complete Stage 1 of its multi-million dollar rebuild, which includes two covered greens and additional function facilities. This will open in the next couple of months and the Club will then start working on Stage 2.

Additionally, Kedron-Wavell has recently opened the first stage of their gaming area renovations, with more changes in the works!

 

There will also be an announcement shortly from a fourth, and extremely popular Club, which is in the final stages of planning its largest ever renovation, commencing in January 2024. The photographs below highlight the modern style of decor that these new renovations will incorporate, as well as increasing light levels, space, greenery and five-star décor.
