Gympie RSL recently completed a 10-year strategic plan for the next phase of their Club’s development. This follows on from an extensive strategic planning process 5 years ago that radically changed the direction of Gympie RSL and lit the fuse for a $7 million renovation, which put the venue on the map and won numerous awards.
The Gympie RSL Board realises the value of ongoing planning, not only to continue their success, but to improve their capacity to look after the veteran community, increase services and amenities for its members, and support their local charities and community.
