Club Helensvale, situated in the rapidly expanding northern Gold Coast area, is looking for an Events Superstar to join their growing team!

The Club has recently completed stage two of a $30 million renovation, reaffirming the venue as Queensland’s premier Lawn Bowls complex. Seeking a Functions and Events Coordinator to join their team, the club boasts 20,000 social members and 500 bowling members. 

With state-of-the-art facilities, including a $13 million bowlers’ complex and the recent acquisition of Club Robina, the Functions & Events Coordinator will manage functions and events, coordinating with clients and suppliers. 

Key responsibilities include setup, execution, and supervision of events, alongside budget management and customer relations. The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of 2 years’ experience, exceptional interpersonal skills, flexibility for varied working hours, strong organisational abilities, and proficiency in administration and computing.
