Selling your Gaming Entitlements without Regional Restrictions

Currently under the Gaming Act 1991, clubs within the same entitlement region are allowed to trade gaming entitlements among themselves.  This system is currently being re-evaluated and the three regional boundaries between  the south-east, western and coastal regions are facing possible removal.

This would represent an opportunity for clubs interested in selling their entitlements to trade those entitlements without the inter-regional restrictions.
