Selling your Gaming Entitlements without Regional Restrictions

Share Post:

Currently under the Gaming Act 1991, clubs within the same entitlement region are allowed to trade gaming entitlements among themselves.  This system is currently being re-evaluated and the three regional boundaries between  the south-east, western and coastal regions are facing possible removal.

This would represent an opportunity for clubs interested in selling their entitlements to trade those entitlements without the inter-regional restrictions.

DWS have the latest information on zoning changes and can assist your venue with the sale or acquisition of gaming machines, as well as sourcing purchasers for your venue’s surplus machines.

Find out how you can bypass the paperwork and make the most of this great opportunity by contacting Danny Nixon-Smith.
