If you are keen to help drive innovation, quality and efficiency in a large catering operation of a progressive club, this is the Sous Chef role you have been looking for. Answering directly to the Head Chef and alongside the Sous Chef you will be assisting with researching new concepts while utilising your commitment to quality, diversity and imagination.
