After a two year absence due to COVID, John Dickson was back in Melbourne this month for his annual corporate governance workshop with the Victorian RSL sub branches network.

John Dickson has been delivering these corporate governance workshops in Melbourne for approximately 10 years. Well over 100 officials of the Victorian RSL Sub Branch attended workshops at Anzac House in Collins Street Melbourne, and a number of RSL Sub Branches gathered in the Victorian Lake District for a workshop at the Sale RSL Club as well.

Face-to-face Corporate Governance training is compulsory for RSLs and their subcommittees in Victoria, they are also required to update their corporate governance obligations through an online program developed by the Victorian RSL. This online program currently sits on, and is available through, the CTA Training Specialists education online platform.

The extensive exposure of DWS to these complex issues over a significant period has allowed us to identify successful solutions and draft amendments for the best outcome for hospitality organisations. If you need assistance with your corporate governance, visit our website today, or contact John Dickson on 0417 721 942, via email john@dws.net.au.
