John Dickson from DWS held a corporate governance workshop for the Board at Algester Sports Club last month. Club Chairman Darren Pashley said the Board learned a lot from the workshop and have a list of projects and reviews they need to conduct in order to ensure the board minimises risks for the Club and plans appropriately for the future.
