CSi – Club Southport is an iconic Club nestled in the heart of Southport.
With 265 gaming machines, a state of the art TAB, restaurant, entertainment area, over 50,000 Members and a team of up to 100 employees, the Club is looking to expand its management team.
We are seeking the services of an experienced ‘Super Manager’ to join our team to assist us with the rapid growth we are experiencing.
The successful applicant will be a dedicated hospitality professional with a vibrant and positive attitude. You must be serious about customer service and expect the same from those around you. This is a very hands-on role and requires a motivated person who has a definite ‘influence by example’ approach.
This role will suit a current Supervisor or Duty Manager who is ready to progress and take on a new challenge within a large Club. A minimum of at least 12 months of experience in one of these roles is needed to be a successful applicant. As a minimum, you will also need the following:
- Current RSA & RSG
- Current RMLV Certificate and Approved Managers License
- Expert level of knowledge in Gaming ,TAB & Keno operations
- Expert level of knowledge in Bar operations
- Proficiency in Cellar operations
- Strong abilities in leading and managing a large Team.
- Truly understand the meaning of Customer Service in the Hospitality industry
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- A happy and outgoing personality
