Tallebudgera Surf Club is an intricate part of the Gold Coast legendary surf club family. It has been providing surf lifesaving services since 1946 and has now grown to include a modern Supporter’s Club providing oceanfront dining and functions which will be significantly enhanced by the current $9 million redevelopment due for completion in September 2023.
A passionate and driven Head Chef will enjoy using their considerable culinary experience to help drive innovation, quality, and efficiency in the catering operation of a highly profitable and award-winning club.
You will form part of the senior management team making overall decisions for the optimum performance of the club. You will be encouraged to research new concepts and develop a plan for implementation in the future.
