Over the last 2 years, Burleigh Bears recently completed a multi-million dollar renovation, which has proven incredibly successful for the club and its members. Despite this, the Club is not resting on its laurels!
Next month the Club’s board and senior management will conduct a Strategic Planning Workshop with DWS Hospitality Specialists to map the future advancement for the Club.
Our DWS Chairman recently visited the Club to meet with the Burleigh Bears Treasurer, Bill Ross, to discuss the upcoming agenda.
The Club’s Treasurer said that he is thrilled with the success of the Club’s recent renovations and is excited at the possibilities that lie ahead.

Some of the benefits the recent renovations and the upcoming strategic planning session for the Burleigh Bears Leagues Club will mean the club can continue to increase the facilities they provide for members and increase their level of community support.
DWS also assisted Burleigh Bears with the recruitment of their new executive management team, designed to help steer the club on their future path. The roles that DWS Hospitality Specialists assisted with recruitment for the venue included an Executive Chef, Culture Manager and Operations Manager.
