Club Pine Rivers

Club Pine Rivers is set to undergo a remarkable transformation with Paynters at the helm. The planned kitchen extension and refurbishment, along with internal improvements to the dining room, bar, and café, promise to redefine the Club’s hospitality standards. Earlier this year, stakeholders were treated to an immersive walkthrough of the proposed renovations at Life Size Plans in North Lakes. This first-hand experience allowed key staff and management to visualize and workshop the design intricacies in a tangible manner. With excitement brewing, we eagerly anticipate delivering this vital upgrade for Club Pine Rivers. Renowned for its commitment to excellence and following an impressive renovation of the Club’s Bravo Bar and Lounge, Kedron-Wavell joined forces with Paynters in 2023 to revamp their lounge area and gaming room. The completed project boasts a contemporary ambience that enhances the overall member and guest experience. From a refreshed gaming room to a brand-new entertainment lounge, the renovations promise to captivate patrons with modern aesthetics and enhanced functionality. With the renovations now complete, make sure to pop in and view the refreshed look and feel of the Club for yourself. 

 

Greenbank Services Club

With renovations underway at Greenbank Services Club, The Club is certainly in ‘go mode’ as they remain operational and continue to provide their Members and Guests with a top notch experience throughout the process. 

A monumental transformation in the Queensland Club sector, the new spaces within the club will include a Function Room, Barrel Room, Brewery Bar, Glasshouse Sports Bar, Lounge Area, Marketplace Dining Lounge and Gaming Lounge.

Keppel Bay Sailing Club

In a groundbreaking announcement, Paynters revealed their appointment as the contractor for the Keppel Bay Sailing Club and Conference Centre Redevelopment. This ambitious project, spanning 2,800 square meters across three storeys, promises state-of-the-art facilities and breathtaking views of Keppel Bay and its surrounding islands. Scheduled to open its doors in 2024, the venue is poised to invigorate Yeppoon’s economy and establish itself as a premier destination for conferences and events.
